We know you’ll love your butcher block panels. However, if it’s not the perfect fit for your space, we’ll gladly accept a return within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Please refer to the Augusta Surfaces Limited Warranty for information regarding product quality specifications. At Company discretion, either replacement or credit may be supplied for valid warranty claims.

Submit a return request

To initiate a return, email ask@augustasurfaces.com or follow the instructions below.

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  3. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  4. Click "Request return".

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
